City Regulations

Recently, our good friends over at Simple Prepping have encounter the wrath of city ordinances. They were recently notified that they have to get rid of their chickens!!! According to the ordinance,  agricultural livestock shall not be permitted on any lot of less than three acres in size. They currently reside on less than an acre and have around a dozen chicken, just enough to sustain their small family.

How are individuals supposed to be able to become self sustainable when the government finds ways to prevent us. What ever happened to the pursuit of happiness.

I know there has to be a way around this. Any suggestions? We have to stand our ground!
